Job Requirements

- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to work a variable schedule
- Willingness to travel extensively worldwide with no restrictions
- Experience with multi-engine and turbojet aircraft
- Minimum flight hours as specified in qualifications
- Ability to perform physical tasks required by the role

Job Qualifications
- Airline Transport Pilot Certificate
- FAA first class medical certificate
- 3500 hours total fixed-wing time including 1500 hours as pilot in command
- 1500 hours multi-engine
- 500 hours turbojet
- 500 hours turbine
- 100 hours night flying
- 75 hours simulated instrument
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Attention to detail and passion for collaboration
- Quality-driven mindset with commitment to operational excellence
- College degree preferred
- Management skills with integrity and discretion
- Appropriate aircraft type rating and currency
Job Duties
- Lead with confidence: take command of all assigned flights ensuring safety and regulatory compliance
- Deliver excellence by maintaining complete knowledge of aircraft systems, managing flight plans and adapting to changing conditions
- Collaborate and mentor the second in command
- perform the role of TSA Flight Security Coordinator per security program requirements
- Conduct passenger safety briefings or delegate to second in command
- Support open communication on safety issues and report hazards
- Record and report all aircraft discrepancies
- Provide administrative excellence by managing trip documentation, maintaining aircraft manuals and completing paperwork according to company procedures
- Represent Jet Aviation brand with professionalism and dedication
