Job Requirements

  • High school diploma
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • Ability to work variable schedules
  • Willingness to travel worldwide without restrictions
  • Minimum flight experience requirements as specified
  • Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting up to 50 pounds
  • FAA Airline Transport Pilot Certificate and FAA First Class Medical
  • Strong problem-solving and management skills
  • Demonstrated commitment to safety and professionalism

  • Proven flight experience with 3,500 total fixed-wing hours including 1,500 hours as Pilot in Command
  • 1,500 hours multi-engine
  • 500 hours turbo-jet
  • 500 hours turbine
  • 100 hours night flying
  • 75 hours simulated instrument flying
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work with a professional demeanor in a team environment
  • Commitment to operational excellence and safety
  • Appropriate aircraft type rating and currency
  • Preferred college degree

Job Duties

  • Lead with confidence by taking command of assigned flights and ensuring safety and compliance with regulations
  • Deliver excellence by maintaining comprehensive knowledge of aircraft systems, managing flight plans, and adapting to changing conditions
  • Champion safety and compliance by performing TSA Flight Security Coordinator duties, conducting passenger safety briefings, reporting hazards, and recording aircraft discrepancies
  • Provide administrative excellence by managing trip documentation, maintaining aircraft manuals, and completing accurate paperwork
  • Represent the brand by exemplifying professionalism and dedication to delivering exceptional service to clients and colleagues
  • Support open communication on safety issues and uphold Jet Aviation's commitment to a secure flight environment
