Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Ability to work variable schedules including global travel
  • Willingness to travel worldwide with no restrictions
  • Strong commitment to safety and compliance

  • Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds
  • Good physical vision and dexterity

Job Qualifications

  • Airline Transport Pilot Certificate
  • FAA First Class Medical certificate
  • Minimum 3500 hours total fixed-wing flight time
  • At least 1500 hours as Pilot in Command
  • 1500 hours multi-engine experience
  • 500 hours turbojet experience
  • 500 hours turbine engine experience
  • 100 hours night flying experience
  • 75 hours simulated instrument experience
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Outstanding organizational ability
  • Ability to work collaboratively in team settings
  • College degree preferred
  • Appropriate Aircraft Type Rating and Currency

Job Duties

  • Take command of all assigned flights ensuring safety and regulatory compliance
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of aircraft systems and manage flight plans for seamless operations
  • Collaborate closely with the Second in Command to mentor and develop skills
  • Perform the role of TSA Flight Security Coordinator according to security program requirements
  • Conduct passenger safety briefings or delegate appropriately
  • Report hazards and aircraft discrepancies actively to uphold safety standards
  • Manage trip documentation and aircraft manuals accurately
  • Represent Jet Aviation brand with professionalism and dedication
