Job Requirements

  • Work days, nights, and/or weekends as required
  • work in environments with both hot and cold temperatures
  • work in noisy, fast-paced environment with distracting conditions
  • read and write handwritten notes
  • lift and carry up to 30 pounds
  • move about facility and stand for long periods of time
  • walk or stand 100% of shift
  • reach, bend, stoop, mop, sweep and wipe frequently

Job Qualifications

  • Ability to read and communicate in English
  • strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • positive attitude and enthusiasm for guest service
  • ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • customer service experience is preferred but not required
  • ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • age of at least 18 years
  • ability to maintain a professional appearance according to dress guidelines

Job Duties

  • Deliver an unparalleled guest experience through food, drinks and games in a fun environment
  • act as an initial point of contact for safety and security in all areas of the venue
  • assist guests with requests and answer questions as an ambassador of the building
  • greet guests positively while performing multiple job functions
  • promptly inform supervisors of any problems or unusual occurrences and take corrective action
  • manage wait times and communicate effectively with guests, team members and managers
  • diffuse difficult guest situations while maintaining safety and house policy adherence
