Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • ability to read and communicate in English
  • capable of lifting and carrying up to 30 pounds
  • able to stand and walk for 100 percent of shift
  • willing to work days, nights, and/or weekends as required
  • able to work in hot and cold environments
  • able to handle noisy and fast-paced settings
  • able to reach, bend, stoop, mop, sweep and wipe frequently

Job Duties

  • Deliver an unparalleled guest experience through food, drinks, and games in a fun environment
  • act as initial point of contact in safety and security matters across all areas
  • assist guests with requests and answer questions
  • greet guests with positivity and enthusiasm while performing multiple job functions
  • keep supervisors informed of significant issues and take corrective action
  • manage wait times and communicate information to guests, team members, and managers
  • diffuse difficult guest situations while protecting staff and house policies
  • assist with maintenance and upkeep of venue areas
  • maintain and organize rental equipment and supplies
  • assist in rental of billiards and shuffleboards and reset areas after use
  • support setup and breakdown of special events
  • provide game assistance and notify support technicians or management as needed
  • direct guests to kiosk areas and answer questions
  • enforce house policies and inform management of issues
  • bid farewell to guests and invite them to return
  • support other team members as needed
  • maintain favorable working relationships to promote teamwork and morale
  • adhere to dress guidelines and communicate effectively in English
  • be at least 18 years old
