Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- ability to read and communicate in English
- capable of lifting and carrying up to 30 pounds
- able to stand and walk for 100 percent of shift
- willing to work days, nights, and/or weekends as required
- able to work in hot and cold environments
- able to handle noisy and fast-paced settings
- able to reach, bend, stoop, mop, sweep and wipe frequently

Job Duties
- Deliver an unparalleled guest experience through food, drinks, and games in a fun environment
- act as initial point of contact in safety and security matters across all areas
- assist guests with requests and answer questions
- greet guests with positivity and enthusiasm while performing multiple job functions
- keep supervisors informed of significant issues and take corrective action
- manage wait times and communicate information to guests, team members, and managers
- diffuse difficult guest situations while protecting staff and house policies
- assist with maintenance and upkeep of venue areas
- maintain and organize rental equipment and supplies
- assist in rental of billiards and shuffleboards and reset areas after use
- support setup and breakdown of special events
- provide game assistance and notify support technicians or management as needed
- direct guests to kiosk areas and answer questions
- enforce house policies and inform management of issues
- bid farewell to guests and invite them to return
- support other team members as needed
- maintain favorable working relationships to promote teamwork and morale
- adhere to dress guidelines and communicate effectively in English
- be at least 18 years old
