Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Ability to work days, nights, and/or weekends as required
  • Ability to work in hot and cold environments such as freezers and cooking areas
  • Ability to work in noisy, fast-paced, and distracting conditions
  • Ability to read and write handwritten notes
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds
  • Ability to move about facility and stand for long periods of time
  • Ability to walk or stand 100% of the shift
  • Ability to reach, bend, stoop, mop, sweep, and wipe frequently

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in customer service preferred
  • Ability to read and write handwritten notes
  • Ability to manage conflicts effectively
  • Basic knowledge of safety and security protocols
  • Ability to assist in equipment maintenance and event setup
  • Positive attitude and enthusiasm
  • Ability to work flexible schedules including nights and weekends

Job Duties

  • Deliver an unparalleled guest experience through food, drinks, and games in a fun environment
  • Act as initial point of contact for safety and security in all areas including front door, Midway, bar, kitchen, dining and private event rooms
  • Assist guests with requests and answer questions
  • Greet guests with positivity and enthusiasm while performing multiple functions
  • Keep supervisors informed of issues and take corrective actions as needed
  • Manage wait times and communicate with guests, team members and managers
  • Diffuse difficult guest situations protecting staff and policies
  • Assist with maintenance and cleanliness of Midway area
  • Maintain and organize rental equipment including billiard supplies
  • Restock necessary supplies and bring areas up to standard
  • Assist with rental and resetting of billiards and shuffleboards
  • Set up and break down special event functions
  • Provide game assistance by notifying support staff or management
  • Direct guests to kiosk areas and respond to inquiries
  • Enforce house policies and inform management of issues
  • Bid farewell to guests ensuring satisfaction and inviting return
  • Assist other team members as business dictates
  • Maintain positive working relationships with team members
  • Adhere to dress code and maintain professional appearance
  • Demonstrate ability to read and communicate in English
  • Must be at least 18 years old
