Job Requirements

  • must be at least 18 years of age
  • ability to work days, nights and/or weekends as required
  • ability to work in hot and cold environments including freezers and near cooking equipment
  • must work in noisy, fast-paced environment
  • ability to read and write handwritten notes
  • must lift and carry up to 30 pounds
  • ability to stand or walk for 100% of shift
  • ability to reach, bend, stoop, mop, sweep and wipe frequently
  • must demonstrate ability to communicate in English

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • previous experience in customer service or hospitality a plus
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • problem-solving skills in guest relations
  • basic knowledge of safety and security protocols
  • ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends and holidays
  • comfortable working in a fast-paced and noisy environment

Job Duties

  • deliver an unparalleled guest experience through food, drinks and games
  • act as an initial point of contact for safety and security in all areas
  • serve as an ambassador to the building assisting guests with requests and questions
  • greet guests with a positive attitude and enthusiasm while performing multiple job functions
  • keep supervisors informed of problems or unusual matters and take corrective actions
  • manage wait times and communicate information to guests, team members and managers
  • diffuse difficult guest situations while protecting staff and house policies
  • assist with maintenance and upkeep of viewpoint and midway areas
  • maintain and organize rental equipment
  • ensure billiard supplies are stocked and well maintained
  • restock necessary supplies and uphold standards
  • assist in rental of billiards and shuffleboards
  • help set up and break down special event functions
  • provide game assistance by notifying support technicians or management
  • direct guests to kiosk areas and answer questions
  • enforce house policies and report issues to management
  • bid farewell to guests and ensure satisfaction
  • assist other team members as needed
  • maintain positive relationships to promote teamwork
  • adhere to dress code and professional appearance
  • demonstrate ability to communicate in English
  • be at least 18 years of age
