Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Must be able to read and communicate in English
  • Ability to work days, nights, and/or weekends as required
  • Ability to work in varied temperature environments including freezers and near cooking equipment
  • Capacity to work in noisy, fast-paced, and distracting environments
  • Ability to read and write handwritten notes
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds
  • Ability to stand or walk for 100% of the shift
  • Frequent reaching, bending, stooping, mopping, sweeping, and wiping
  • Ability to handle physically demanding tasks
  • Flexibility to accommodate work schedule changes

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous customer service experience preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle difficult guest situations professionally
  • Basic knowledge of arcade games and rental equipment preferred
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Team-oriented with a cooperative attitude
  • Capable of standing and moving for extended periods
  • Proficient in English communication
  • Ability to follow detailed instructions and house policies

Job Duties

  • Deliver an unparalleled guest experience through food, drinks, and games in a fun environment
  • Act as initial point of contact for safety and security throughout the facility
  • Assist guests with requests and answer questions as an ambassador of the venue
  • Greet guests with enthusiasm and maintain a positive attitude while performing multiple functions
  • Keep supervisors informed about problems or unusual situations and take appropriate action
  • Manage wait times and communicate effectively with guests, team members, and managers
  • Diffuse difficult guest situations while protecting staff, building, and company policies
  • Assist with the upkeep and cleanliness of Midway and Viewpoint areas
  • Maintain and organize game rental equipment and supplies
  • Restock necessary supplies to meet standards
  • Assist with rental of billiards and shuffleboards and reset areas after use
  • Support setup and breakdown of special events
  • Notify management or support technicians promptly about game issues
  • Guide guests to kiosks and provide assistance
  • Enforce house policies and report issues to management
  • Bid farewell to guests ensuring satisfaction and invite return visits
  • Assist other team members as needed
  • Maintain positive working relationships with team members to foster a cooperative work environment
  • Adhere to dress code guidelines and maintain a neat, clean, professional appearance
  • Demonstrate the ability to read and communicate in English
  • Be at least 18 years of age
