Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Ability to read and communicate in English
- Ability to work days, nights and/or weekends as required
- Ability to work in environments with hot and cold temperatures such as freezers and around cooking equipment
- Ability to work in noisy, fast paced environment with distracting conditions
- Ability to read and write handwritten notes
- Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds
- Ability to move about facility and stand for long periods
- Ability to walk or stand 100% of shift
- Ability to reach, bend, stoop, mop, sweep and wipe frequently

Job Duties
- Deliver an unparalleled guest experience through the best combination of food, drinks and games in an ideal environment for celebrating fun
- Act as an initial point of contact in matters concerning safety and security in all areas including front door, viewpoints, Midway, bar areas, kitchen, back of house, dining areas, private event rooms and restrooms
- Serve as ambassador to the building, assisting guests with requests and answering questions
- Greet guests with a positive attitude and enthusiasm while performing multiple job functions
- Keep immediate supervisor informed of all problems or unusual matters and take corrective action or suggest alternatives
- Provide timely and accurate service while managing wait times and communicating with guests, team members and managers
- Diffuse difficult guest situations while protecting staff, building and house policies
- Assist with maintenance and upkeep of the viewpoint and Midway areas
- Maintain and organize rental equipment including billiard supplies to maximize costs and reduce loss
- Restock necessary supplies and bring all areas up to standard
- Assist in rental of billiards and shuffleboards, maintaining and resetting the area after use
- Assist with setup and breakdown of special event functions
- Provide game assistance by notifying support technicians or management as needed
- Direct guests to kiosk areas and answer questions
- Enforce house policies and inform management of any issues
- Bid farewell to guests ensuring satisfaction and inviting return
- Assist other team members as needed
- Maintain favorable working relationships with other team members to promote morale, productivity and efficiency
- Dress according to guidelines and maintain a neat, clean and professional appearance
- Demonstrate ability to read and communicate in English
