Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to read and communicate in English
- Ability to work days, nights, and/or weekends as required
- Ability to work in hot and cold environments
- Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds

- Ability to reach, bend, stoop, mop, sweep and wipe frequently

Job Qualifications

- Previous guest service or hospitality experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of safety and security protocols

- Ability to work flexible schedules including nights and weekends
- Capability to maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and professionally
Job Duties
- Deliver an unparalleled guest experience through food, drinks and games in a festive environment
- Act as an initial point of contact in safety and security matters across all facility areas
- Assist guests with requests and provide accurate information
- Greet guests warmly and maintain enthusiasm during multi-tasking
- Communicate promptly with supervisors about issues and suggest corrective actions
- Manage wait times and provide timely service information
- Diffuse difficult guest situations while upholding safety and policies
- Maintain and organize rental equipment, including billiard supplies
- Restock necessary supplies and ensure all areas meet standards
- Assist with rental and reset of billiards and shuffleboards
- Support setup and breakdown of special event functions
- Notify support technicians or management for game assistance
- Guide guests to kiosk areas and answer queries
- Enforce house policies and report issues to management
- Bid farewell to guests and invite repeat visits
- Support team members as needed and promote teamwork
- Adhere to dress guidelines and maintain a professional appearance
- Communicate effectively in English
- Must be at least 18 years old
