Job Requirements

  • Work days, nights, and/or weekends as required
  • Ability to work in hot and cold environments
  • Comfortable in noisy and fast-paced settings
  • Ability to read and write handwritten notes

  • Ability to walk or stand 100% of shift
  • Ability to reach, bend, stoop, mop, sweep and wipe frequently

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
  • Ability to handle difficult situations calmly and professionally
  • Capable of multitasking and working in fast-paced environments
  • Basic knowledge of safety and security procedures

Job Duties

  • Deliver an unparalleled Guest experience through food, drinks and games
  • Act as an initial point of contact for safety and security in all areas
  • Assist Guests with requests and answer questions
  • Greet Guests enthusiastically while performing multiple functions
  • Keep supervisors informed of problems and take corrective actions
  • Manage wait times and communicate with Guests, Team Members and Managers
  • Diffuse difficult Guest situations while upholding safety and policies
  • Assist in maintenance and organization of gaming and rental equipment
  • Support event setup and breakdown
  • Ensure Guests adhere to house policies and inform management of issues
  • Foster positive relationships with team members
  • Maintain professional appearance and behavior throughout shift
