Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Ability to read and communicate in English
- Available to work days, nights, and weekends as required
- Ability to work in environments with hot and cold temperatures
- Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds
- Ability to stand and walk for 100 percent of the shift
- Ability to reach, bend, stoop, mop, sweep and wipe frequently
- Must comply with company dress code and appearance standards
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of safety and security practices
- Ability to work flexible schedules including nights and weekends
- Ability to stand and walk for long periods
- Ability to handle difficult guest situations calmly and professionally
Job Duties
- Deliver an unparalleled guest experience through food, drinks and games in a fun environment
- Act as initial point of contact for safety and security in multiple venue areas
- Assist guests with requests and provide information as needed
- Greet guests enthusiastically and perform multiple job functions
- Keep supervisors informed of problems and suggestions
- Manage wait times and communicate with guests, team members and managers
- Diffuse difficult guest situations while protecting staff and house policies
- Maintain and organize game and rental equipment areas
- Assist with setting up and breaking down special events
- Ensure guests adhere to house policies and report issues
- Maintain positive working relationships with all team members
- Dress neatly and professionally according to guidelines
- Demonstrate ability to read and communicate in English
- Be at least 18 years old
