Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Ability to read and communicate in English
  • Available to work days, nights, and weekends as required
  • Ability to work in environments with hot and cold temperatures
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds
  • Ability to stand and walk for 100 percent of the shift
  • Ability to reach, bend, stoop, mop, sweep and wipe frequently
  • Must comply with company dress code and appearance standards

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous customer service experience preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic knowledge of safety and security practices
  • Ability to work flexible schedules including nights and weekends
  • Ability to stand and walk for long periods
  • Ability to handle difficult guest situations calmly and professionally

Job Duties

  • Deliver an unparalleled guest experience through food, drinks and games in a fun environment
  • Act as initial point of contact for safety and security in multiple venue areas
  • Assist guests with requests and provide information as needed
  • Greet guests enthusiastically and perform multiple job functions
  • Keep supervisors informed of problems and suggestions
  • Manage wait times and communicate with guests, team members and managers
  • Diffuse difficult guest situations while protecting staff and house policies
  • Maintain and organize game and rental equipment areas
  • Assist with setting up and breaking down special events
  • Ensure guests adhere to house policies and report issues
  • Maintain positive working relationships with all team members
  • Dress neatly and professionally according to guidelines
  • Demonstrate ability to read and communicate in English
  • Be at least 18 years old
