Job Requirements
- must be at least 18 years of age
- ability to work days, nights and/or weekends
- capable of standing or walking 100% of the shift
- able to lift and carry up to 30 pounds
- able to work in hot and cold environments
- able to work in noisy and fast-paced settings
- ability to reach, bend, stoop, mop, sweep and wipe frequently
- ability to read and write handwritten notes
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent
- excellent communication skills
- ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- basic knowledge of food and beverage service
- prior customer service experience preferred
- ability to read and communicate in English

Job Duties
- delivers an unparalleled guest experience through food, drinks and games in a fun environment
- acts as an initial point of contact for safety and security in multiple facility areas
- assists and answers guests’ requests and questions
- greets guests with a positive attitude and enthusiasm
- keeps supervisors informed of problems or unusual matters and takes corrective action
- manages wait times and communicates with guests, team members and managers
- diffuses difficult guest situations while protecting staff and property
