Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Ability to read and communicate in English
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds
  • Ability to stand and walk for entire shift
  • Ability to work in hot and cold environments
  • Ability to work in noisy, fast-paced setting
  • Must have availability for days, nights, and/or weekends
  • Ability to reach, bend, stoop, mop, sweep, and wipe frequently

Job Qualifications

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Ability to read and communicate effectively in English
  • Experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic knowledge of safety and security protocols
  • Ability to work flexible schedules including nights and weekends

Job Duties

  • Delivers an unparalleled guest experience through food, drinks, and games in a fun environment
  • Acts as initial point of contact for safety and security in all areas including front door, Midway, bar, kitchen, dining, event rooms, and restrooms
  • Assists guests with requests and answers questions with a positive attitude
  • Maintains communication with supervisors about problems or unusual matters and takes corrective action
  • Manages wait times, communicates with guests and team members, and provides timely service
  • Diffuses difficult guest situations protecting staff and property
  • Maintains upkeep of game and rental areas including billiards and shuffleboards
  • Assists with event setup and breakdown
  • Ensures guests adhere to house policies and informs management of issues
  • Fosters positive working relationships with team members and follows dress guidelines
