- able to reach, bend, stoop, mop and sweep frequently

Job Duties
- Delivers an unparalleled guest experience through food, drinks and games in a fun environment
- acts as initial point of contact for safety and security in all venue areas
- assists guests with requests and answers questions
- greets guests positively while performing multiple job functions
- keeps supervisors informed of issues and takes corrective actions
- manages wait times and communicates relevant information
- diffuses difficult guest situations and enforces house policies
- assists with maintenance of entertainment areas and rental equipment
- stocks and organizes supplies
- assists with billiards and shuffleboard rentals and resets areas
- supports special event setup and breakdown
- provides game assistance and coordinates with support staff
- directs guests to kiosk areas and answers questions
- bids farewell to guests ensuring satisfaction
- assists other team members as needed
- maintains professional appearance and fosters positive working relationships
