Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • ability to read and communicate in English
  • willingness to work days, nights, and weekends
  • ability to work in hot and cold environments
  • capability to work in noisy, fast-paced settings
  • able to lift up to 30 pounds
  • able to stand and walk 100% of shift
  • able to reach, bend, stoop, mop and sweep frequently

Job Duties

  • Delivers an unparalleled guest experience through food, drinks and games in a fun environment
  • acts as initial point of contact for safety and security in all venue areas
  • assists guests with requests and answers questions
  • greets guests positively while performing multiple job functions
  • keeps supervisors informed of issues and takes corrective actions
  • manages wait times and communicates relevant information
  • diffuses difficult guest situations and enforces house policies
  • assists with maintenance of entertainment areas and rental equipment
  • stocks and organizes supplies
  • assists with billiards and shuffleboard rentals and resets areas
  • supports special event setup and breakdown
  • provides game assistance and coordinates with support staff
  • directs guests to kiosk areas and answers questions
  • bids farewell to guests ensuring satisfaction
  • assists other team members as needed
  • maintains professional appearance and fosters positive working relationships
