- Must be at least 18 years of age

Job Duties
- Deliver unparalleled guest experience through food, drinks and games
- act as initial point of contact for safety and security in all areas
- assist guests with requests and answer questions
- greet guests with positivity and enthusiasm
- communicate wait times to guests, team members and managers
- diffuse difficult guest situations maintaining safety and policy
- maintain cleanliness and organization of game and rental areas
- assist with event setup and breakdown
- provide game assistance by notifying support or management
- ensure guests adhere to house policies
- maintain favorable relationships with team members
- dress neatly and professionally
- communicate effectively in English
- bid farewell to guests and invite return visits
