Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • ability to work days, nights and weekends
  • capability to stand or walk 100% of the shift
  • able to lift and carry up to 30 pounds
  • able to work in noisy and fast-paced environment
  • able to work in hot and cold temperature environments
  • ability to reach, bend, stoop, mop, sweep and wipe frequently
  • ability to read and write handwritten notes
  • maintain a neat and professional appearance

Job Duties

  • Deliver unparalleled guest experience through food, drinks and games
  • act as initial point of contact for safety and security in all areas
  • assist guests with requests and answer questions
  • greet guests with positivity and enthusiasm
  • communicate wait times to guests, team members and managers
  • diffuse difficult guest situations maintaining safety and policy
  • maintain cleanliness and organization of game and rental areas
  • assist with event setup and breakdown
  • provide game assistance by notifying support or management
  • ensure guests adhere to house policies
  • maintain favorable relationships with team members
  • dress neatly and professionally
  • communicate effectively in English
  • bid farewell to guests and invite return visits
