Job Requirements
- Work days, nights, and/or weekends as required
- Work in environments with hot and cold temperatures, such as freezers and around cooking equipment
- Work in noisy, fast paced environments with distractions
- Read and write handwritten notes
- Lift and carry up to 30 pounds
- Move about facility and stand for long periods
- Walk or stand 100 percent of shift
- Reach, bend, stoop, mop, sweep and wipe frequently
Job Qualifications
- Ability to read and communicate in English
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Strong communication skills
- Customer service experience preferred
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team
- Basic knowledge of safety and security procedures
- Positive attitude and enthusiasm
- Ability to handle difficult guest situations professionally
- Attention to cleanliness and organization
Job Duties
- Delivers an unparalleled guest experience through the combination of food, drinks and games
- Acts as an initial point of contact for safety and security in multiple areas including front door, Midway, bar areas and restrooms
- Assists guests with requests and provides information as needed
- Greets guests enthusiastically while performing multiple job functions
- Keeps supervisors informed of problems or unusual matters and takes corrective action or suggests alternatives
- Manages wait times and communicates effectively with guests, team members and managers
- Diffuses difficult guest situations while protecting staff, building and house policies
- Assists with maintenance and upkeep of Midway and rental equipment areas
- Ensures billiard supplies are stocked, cleaned and maintained
- Checks and restocks necessary supplies to maintain standards
- Assists in rental and reset of billiards and shuffleboards
- Supports event setups and break downs as directed by management
- Provides game assistance by notifying support technicians or management
- Directs guests to kiosk areas and answers questions
- Ensures guest adherence to house policies and reports issues to management
- Bids farewell to guests ensuring satisfaction and inviting their return
- Assists other team members as needed
- Maintains favorable working relationships with team members to promote a harmonious work environment
- Dresses neatly and professionally at all times
