Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Ability to read and communicate in English
- Able to work days, nights, and weekends as required
- Capacity to lift and carry up to 30 pounds
- Ability to stand and walk 100 percent of shift
- Comfortable working in hot and cold environments
- Ability to work in noisy, fast-paced settings with distractions
- Willingness to perform physical tasks such as reaching, bending, stooping, mopping, sweeping, and wiping frequently
Job Qualifications
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to enforce safety and house policies
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Teamwork and cooperative working attitude
- Basic knowledge of games and entertainment equipment is a plus
- Must be at least 18 years old
Job Duties
- Deliver an unparalleled guest experience combining food, drinks, and games
- Act as an initial point of contact for safety and security across all areas
- Assist and greet guests with a positive attitude and enthusiasm
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of game rental equipment and Midway areas
- Manage wait times and communicate effectively with guests, team members, and managers
- Diffuse difficult guest situations while enforcing house policies
- Assist with setup and breakdown of special events as directed by management
