Job Requirements
- Work days, nights, and/or weekends as required
- Work in environments with hot and cold temperatures
- Work in noisy, fast-paced, and distracting environments
- Read and write handwritten notes
- Lift and carry up to 30 pounds
- Move about facility and stand for long periods
- Walk or stand 100% of shift
- Reach, bend, stoop, mop, sweep, and wipe frequently
- Must demonstrate ability to read and communicate in English
- Must be at least 18 years of age

- Experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
- Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to manage time and multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of safety and security protocols
- Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Team-oriented with a positive attitude
- Physical ability to stand for long periods and perform tasks involving lifting up to 30 pounds
Job Duties
- Deliver an unparalleled guest experience through food, drinks, and games combination
- Act as an initial point of contact for safety and security in all unit areas
- Assist and answer guest inquiries throughout the building
- Greet guests positively while performing multiple job functions
- Keep supervisors informed about problems or unusual matters and take corrective action
- Manage wait times and provide timely service communication
- Diffuse difficult guest situations professionally
- Assist in maintenance and upkeep of gaming and rental equipment
- Restock supplies and ensure areas meet standards
- Support special events setup and breakdown as directed
- Provide game assistance by notifying support staff
- Direct guests to kiosk areas and respond to questions
- Enforce house policies and inform management of issues
- Bid farewell to guests and encourage return visits
- Collaborate with team members to foster a positive work climate
- Maintain professional appearance and adhere to dress guidelines
