Job Requirements

  • Work days, nights, and/or weekends as required
  • Work in environments with hot and cold temperatures
  • Work in noisy, fast-paced, and distracting environments
  • Read and write handwritten notes
  • Lift and carry up to 30 pounds
  • Move about facility and stand for long periods
  • Walk or stand 100% of shift
  • Reach, bend, stoop, mop, sweep, and wipe frequently
  • Must demonstrate ability to read and communicate in English
  • Must be at least 18 years of age

Job Qualifications

  • Experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
  • Ability to manage time and multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic knowledge of safety and security protocols
  • Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Team-oriented with a positive attitude
  • Physical ability to stand for long periods and perform tasks involving lifting up to 30 pounds

Job Duties

  • Deliver an unparalleled guest experience through food, drinks, and games combination
  • Act as an initial point of contact for safety and security in all unit areas
  • Assist and answer guest inquiries throughout the building
  • Greet guests positively while performing multiple job functions
  • Keep supervisors informed about problems or unusual matters and take corrective action
  • Manage wait times and provide timely service communication
  • Diffuse difficult guest situations professionally
  • Assist in maintenance and upkeep of gaming and rental equipment
  • Restock supplies and ensure areas meet standards
  • Support special events setup and breakdown as directed
  • Provide game assistance by notifying support staff
  • Direct guests to kiosk areas and respond to questions
  • Enforce house policies and inform management of issues
  • Bid farewell to guests and encourage return visits
  • Collaborate with team members to foster a positive work climate
  • Maintain professional appearance and adhere to dress guidelines
