Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Ability to read and communicate in English
  • Ability to work days, nights, and/or weekends as required
  • Ability to work in hot and cold environments such as freezers and near cooking equipment
  • Ability to work in noisy, fast-paced environment with distractions
  • Ability to read and write handwritten notes
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds
  • Ability to move about the facility and stand for long periods
  • Ability to walk or stand 100% of shift
  • Ability to reach, bend, stoop, mop, sweep and wipe frequently

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Previous customer service or hospitality experience preferred
  • Ability to handle difficult guest situations calmly
  • Basic knowledge of safety and security procedures
  • Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and holidays
  • Ability to read and communicate effectively in English
  • Must be at least 18 years of age

Job Duties

  • Deliver an unparalleled guest experience through food, drinks and games in an ideal environment for fun
  • Act as initial point of contact for safety and security across multiple areas including entrances, Midway, bars, kitchens, dining, and event rooms
  • Greet guests with positivity and enthusiasm while performing multiple job tasks
  • Keep supervisors informed of problems or significant issues and take prompt corrective action or suggest alternatives
  • Manage wait times, provide timely service, and communicate with guests, team members and managers
  • Diffuse difficult guest situations while maintaining safety and house policy integrity
  • Assist with upkeep, cleanliness and restocking of game equipment and rental supplies
  • Support setup and breakdown of special events as directed
  • Provide game assistance by notifying support technicians or management
  • Direct guests to kiosks and assist with inquiries
  • Enforce house policies and report issues to management
  • Bid guests farewell ensuring satisfaction and encouraging return
  • Assist other team members as needed and maintain cooperative working relationships
  • Maintain professional appearance in accordance with dress guidelines
