Job Requirements
- Minimum one-year experience as a server or supervisor in a high-volume restaurant or banquet facility preferred
- Ability to lead a team to desired results, make quick and accurate decisions, and work with little or no supervision
- Physical requirements including standing for long periods, lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds, bending knees, and manipulating small objects
- Possession of a current food handler's permit
- Be a problem solver and work effectively in a group
- Self-motivated with excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Must be able to communicate effectively
- Excellent hospitality skills including knowledge of food and beverage preparation, service standards, guest relations, and etiquette
- Be at least 16 years old
- Must pass a background check
- Must pass a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) background check to drive for work
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Ensure front and back of the house are maintained in a clean and orderly fashion
- Prepare Captain's Reports detailing the function and client comments
- Promote, model, and maintain the highest level of customer service to all guests
- Prepare and coordinate assignments for staff assigned to each event
- Greet clients for events and maintain contact throughout the event
- Work closely with Catering Manager, Event Managers, and Director of Food and Beverage to ensure all event details are carried out
- Exemplify Thanksgiving Point's mission, values, and policies
- Perform other duties as assigned by manager or supervisor
