Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Ability to read and communicate in English
- Willingness to work days, nights, and or weekends as required
- Ability to work in environments with both hot and cold temperatures such as freezers and around cooking equipment
- Ability to work in noisy, fast paced environment with distracting conditions
- Ability to read and write handwritten notes
- Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds
- Ability to move about facility and stand for long periods of time
- Ability to walk or stand 100% of shift
- Ability to reach, bend, stoop, mop, sweep and wipe frequently
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 1 year experience in customer service or hospitality
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle difficult guest situations with professionalism
- Ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of safety and security practices
- Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends and holidays
Job Duties
- Deliver an unparalleled guest experience through the best combination of food, drinks and games in an ideal environment for celebrating all out fun
- Act as an initial point of contact in matters concerning safety and security in all areas including front door, Viewpoints, Midway, bar areas, kitchen and back of house areas, dining areas, private event rooms and restrooms
- Act as ambassador to the building, assisting guests with all requests and answering questions as needed
- Greet guests with a positive attitude and enthusiasm while performing multiple job functions
- Keep immediate supervisor promptly and fully informed of all problems or unusual matters of significance and take prompt corrective action where necessary or suggest alternative courses of action
- Provide timely and accurate service while managing wait times and communicating information as needed to guests, team members and managers
- Competently diffuse difficult guest situations while protecting the integrity and safety of our staff, building and house policies
- Assist with the maintenance and upkeep of the Viewpoint and Midway areas
- Assist in the cleanliness and organization of the rental equipment and ensure all billiard supplies are stocked, properly cleaned and maintained to maximize costs and decrease loss
