Job Requirements
- Work days, nights and/or weekends as required
- Work in hot and cold environments
- Work in noisy and fast-paced settings
- Read and write handwritten notes
- Lift and carry up to 30 pounds
- Stand and move around facility for long periods
- Reach, bend, stoop, mop, sweep and wipe frequently
- Ability to comply with all safety regulations
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Ability to communicate effectively in English

Job Duties
- Deliver an unparalleled guest experience through food, drinks and games in a fun environment
- Act as an initial point of contact for safety and security in multiple areas
- Assist guests with requests and provide information
- Greet guests with positivity while performing multiple tasks
- Keep supervisors informed of issues and take corrective actions
- Manage wait times and communicate with guests and staff
- Diffuse difficult guest situations maintaining safety and policies
- Maintain and organize rental equipment and supplies
- Assist with setup and breakdown of special events
- Provide game assistance by notifying support or management
- Direct guests to kiosks and answer related questions
- Ensure guests adhere to house policies and report issues
- Bid farewell to guests ensuring satisfaction and inviting return
- Support other team members and foster cooperative work environment
- Dress according to guidelines, neat and professional
- Demonstrate ability to read and communicate in English
- Must be at least 18 years of age
