- Minimum 3 years of experience in fine dining or similar hospitality role
- Demonstrated leadership skills

Job Duties
- Leading and coordinating service for assigned stations with professionalism and grace
- Greeting guests warmly and ensuring their comfort throughout their dining experience
- Demonstrating extensive knowledge of the menu, wine pairings, and culinary offerings
- Managing table logistics, timing, and course coordination with kitchen and service staff
- Anticipating guest needs and addressing concerns with discretion and attentiveness
- Training and mentoring junior service staff
- Maintaining the highest standards of presentation and service excellence
