Job Requirements
- bachelor's degree or equivalent education and/or work experience
- 7+ years aviation related experience
- minimum two years in an on-demand flight environment
- knowledge of Federal Aviation Regulations
- 2,500 total flight hours with jet experience
- type rated preferred in G650, G600, or G500
- ability to work flexible schedule
- residency within one hour of Bedford, MA
- ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion
- capability to handle fast-paced environment
- strong decision making and organizational skills
Job Qualifications
- 7+ years of aviation related experience
- minimum of two years in an on-demand flight environment
- bachelor's degree or equivalent education and/or work experience
- detailed knowledge of Federal Aviation Regulations and aircraft systems
- 2,500 hours total flight time with appropriate jet experience
- corporate flight experience preferred
- type rated preferred in G650, G600, or G500
- 1,500 hours total flight time with military experience considered
- international flight operations experience preferred
- professional, detail and service oriented
- confidentiality and discretion required
- ability to work a flexible schedule
- live approximately within one hour of the hangar Bedford, MA
- attention to detail and focused concentration

Job Duties
- Collaborate with crew, management company and maintenance to ensure exemplary, safe service
- work with Chief Pilot to determine appropriate courses of action to ensure safety of passengers and company property
- assist with aircraft operations in a safe and efficient manner in compliance with company schedule and regulations
- complete all necessary paperwork and documentation pertaining to flights and travel
- study weather information in advance of flights to determine advisability
- communicate any changes necessary for the start, delay, or cancellation of assigned flights
- provide concierge service including culinary, ground transport, luggage movement as needed
- perform special projects and assignments as business dictate
