Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Ability to work days, nights, and/or weekends as required
- Capable of lifting and carrying up to 30 pounds
- Able to stand or walk for 100% of shift
- Willingness to work in hot and cold environments such as freezers and near cooking equipment
- Ability to reach, bend, stoop, mop, sweep, and wipe frequently
- Must demonstrate ability to read and write handwritten notes
- Comply with dress code and maintain a neat, clean, and professional appearance

- Strong communication skills
- Ability to read and communicate in English
- Ability to work flexible shifts including days, nights, and weekends
- Capable of handling guest interactions with professionalism and a positive attitude
- Experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
- Ability to work in fast paced and noisy environments
- Good problem solving and conflict resolution skills
Job Duties
- Deliver an unparalleled guest experience through food, drinks, and games in a fun environment
- Act as initial point of contact for safety and security throughout the venue
- Greet guests with enthusiasm and perform multiple job functions
- Communicate effectively with guests, team members, and managers to manage wait times and service
- Diffuse difficult guest situations while maintaining safety and house policies
- Assist with maintenance and upkeep of gaming areas and rental equipment
- Support special event setup and breakdown as directed by management
