Job Requirements

  • Be at least 18 years of age
  • demonstrate ability to read and communicate in English
  • work days, nights, and/or weekends as required
  • work in environments with hot and cold temperatures
  • work in noisy, fast-paced environment with distractions
  • read and write handwritten notes
  • lift and carry up to 30 pounds
  • move about the facility and stand for long periods
  • walk or stand 100% of shift
  • frequently reach, bend, stoop, mop, sweep, and wipe

Job Duties

  • Deliver an unparalleled guest experience through food, drinks, and games in a fun environment
  • act as an initial point of contact concerning safety and security throughout the premises
  • assist guests with all requests and answer questions as needed
  • greet guests positively while performing multiple job functions
  • communicate promptly with supervisors about any significant or unusual matters
  • manage wait times and provide accurate service while communicating with guests, team members, and managers
  • defuse difficult guest situations while maintaining safety and policy integrity
