Job Requirements

  • Minimum 18 years of age to serve alcoholic beverages

  • Certification in CPR (desirable)
  • Knowledge of local activities and attractions (desirable)
  • Ability to suggestively sell (desirable)
  • Ability to use property management system/computers (desirable)
  • Previous guest relations training or experience (desirable)

Job Duties

  • Courteously greet and escort guests to tables and assist in seating
  • Assist in preparing the restaurant for service and maintain cleanliness
  • Take reservations and maintain reservation book
  • Monitor guests' needs and manage the flow pattern of seating
  • Maintain positive guest relations and address guest complaints
  • Oversee table setups and cleanliness during meal periods
  • Use POS system and document relevant information in the restaurant logbook
