Job Requirements
- Minimum 18 years of age to serve alcoholic beverages
- Provide legible communication and directions
- Compute arithmetic
- 1 year experience in similar position dealing with the general public
- Fluency in English, both verbal and written

- Knowledge of local activities and attractions (desirable)
- Ability to suggestively sell (desirable)
- Ability to use property management system/computers (desirable)
- Previous guest relations training or experience (desirable)
Job Duties
- Courteously greet and escort guests to tables and assist in seating
- Assist in preparing the restaurant for service and maintain cleanliness
- Take reservations and maintain reservation book
- Monitor guests' needs and manage the flow pattern of seating
- Maintain positive guest relations and address guest complaints
- Oversee table setups and cleanliness during meal periods
- Use POS system and document relevant information in the restaurant logbook
