Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum age 18 years
- at least 1 year experience in similar public-facing role
- fluency in English verbal and written
- physical ability to stand and walk for the duration of the shift

Job Duties
- Greet and escort guests to tables
- assist in seating guests
- maintain cleanliness and preparation of the restaurant
- take and manage reservations
- monitor guests' needs and seating flow
- maintain positive guest and associate relations
- ensure compliance with all service and safety procedures
- assist in room setup and food and beverage service
- handle cashiering duties when required
- take and relay messages
- complete storeroom requisitions
- participate in menu and wine tastings
- manage guest complaints and ensure guest satisfaction
- oversee restaurant operations during absence of management
- document information in the restaurant logbook
- operate POS and manual systems
- monitor cleanliness and organization
