Job Requirements
- Eligible to work in the United States
- Must be punctual and reliable
- Willingness to work Wednesday to Sunday with some evenings and public holidays
- Ability to work outdoors in busy public spaces
- Own transportation to work sites
- Commitment to a full-time position
- Ability to complete accurate records and reports
- Willingness to participate in paid training
- Must submit a resume

- Experience in customer service, sales, marketing, retail, event planning, community organizing, or leadership is a plus

Job Duties
- Attend public and private sites allocated by management to engage with the public
- Consistently exceed recruitment targets by securing a minimum of 8 new committed donors per week
- Represent NCE, its clients, and yourself professionally and in accordance with codes of conduct
- Maintain a positive mindset to engage potential donors effectively
- Provide accurate and timely reporting and administration
- Arrange own transportation to work sites and be punctual
- Work weekends, some public holidays, and evenings as required
