Job Requirements

  • Eligible to work in the United States
  • Must be punctual and reliable
  • Willingness to work Wednesday to Sunday with some evenings and public holidays
  • Ability to work outdoors in busy public spaces
  • Own transportation to work sites
  • Commitment to a full-time position
  • Ability to complete accurate records and reports
  • Willingness to participate in paid training
  • Must submit a resume

  • Passion for social and environmental justice
  • Experience in customer service, sales, marketing, retail, event planning, community organizing, or leadership is a plus
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build rapport and engage diverse audiences
  • Emotional intelligence and resilience
  • Goal-oriented and self-motivated
  • Punctual, honest, and accountable

Job Duties

  • Attend public and private sites allocated by management to engage with the public
  • Consistently exceed recruitment targets by securing a minimum of 8 new committed donors per week
  • Represent NCE, its clients, and yourself professionally and in accordance with codes of conduct
  • Maintain a positive mindset to engage potential donors effectively
  • Provide accurate and timely reporting and administration
  • Arrange own transportation to work sites and be punctual
  • Work weekends, some public holidays, and evenings as required
