- high school diploma or ged
- valid driver’s license or state id
- strong communication skills both verbal and written
- ability to work independently and stay motivated
- ability to build rapport with others
- energetic and outgoing personality

Job Duties
- learn and grow receive ongoing training to master sales techniques and product knowledge
- knock doors and uncover opportunities by connecting with homeowners and introducing products
- maintain accurate records of canvassing activities and outcomes
- provide excellent customer service through door-to-door outreach
- stay motivated and work independently in a dynamic environment

- build rapport with potential customers to schedule appointments with design consultants
