Job Requirements
- At least 21 years of age
- At least one year of high-volume counter or fast-food experience in a similar or related field
- Ability to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to effectively communicate in English
- Polished appearance and demeanor
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to obtain and maintain full knowledge and understanding of company and department rules and regulations, policies, and procedures
- Ability to obtain and maintain full knowledge and understanding of the venue's menu
- Previous experience working in a similar position within a hospitality establishment

Job Duties
- Maintain the highest standards to ensure the detail quality and cleanliness in the food hall and other required areas
- Perform duties such as ware-washing, mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, cleaning walls, foodservice equipment and simple operation of basic equipment
- Sanitize, sweep, and mop the kitchen/dining room floor as directed
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen and food hall area
- Receive and clean guests soiled dinnerware, flatware, and glassware following proper departmental procedures
- Ensure guest safety by following proper food handling and sanitation procedures
- Own the guest experience in any situation by using problem solving skills to impress the guest
- Perform other job-related duties as requested
- Adhere to all company standards and operating policies
- Perform all side work, opening, and closing duties
- Maintain a clean, sanitized, and organized work area
- Assist bus runner in keeping/maintaining dining room areas clean
- Follow health and safety guidelines, including proper food handling and sanitation practices
- Report any safety concerns or incidents to the appropriate personnel
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
