Job Requirements

  • Must be 21 years or older
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Able to stand or sit for extended periods up to 8 hours per day
  • Capable of performing repetitive hand movements
  • Able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
  • Able to occasionally climb, crouch, or crawl
  • Must have full color vision and visual acuity

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Prior experience in agriculture, horticulture, or cannabis cultivation is a plus
  • Basic computer knowledge including Word, Excel, and labeling software
  • Strong time management and attention to detail
  • Ability to follow standard operating procedures and prioritize tasks
  • Willingness to take feedback and continuously improve
  • Passion for cannabis and cultivation best practices

Job Duties

  • Pruning, tucking, and training plants for optimal growth
  • Supporting plants through every stage of life - from veg to bloom to harvest
  • Mixing and applying nutrients and other inputs
  • Sanitizing rooms and equipment to keep everything clean and compliant
  • Helping with grow room setups and environmental controls
  • Assisting with harvests and post-harvest preparation
  • Supporting research and development projects
  • Assisting the cultivation team wherever needed
