Job Requirements
- Must be 21 years or older
- High school diploma or GED
- Able to stand or sit for extended periods up to 8 hours per day
- Capable of performing repetitive hand movements
- Able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Able to occasionally climb, crouch, or crawl
- Must have full color vision and visual acuity
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Prior experience in agriculture, horticulture, or cannabis cultivation is a plus
- Basic computer knowledge including Word, Excel, and labeling software
- Strong time management and attention to detail
- Ability to follow standard operating procedures and prioritize tasks
- Willingness to take feedback and continuously improve
- Passion for cannabis and cultivation best practices
Job Duties
- Pruning, tucking, and training plants for optimal growth
- Supporting plants through every stage of life - from veg to bloom to harvest
- Mixing and applying nutrients and other inputs
- Sanitizing rooms and equipment to keep everything clean and compliant
- Helping with grow room setups and environmental controls
- Assisting with harvests and post-harvest preparation
- Supporting research and development projects
- Assisting the cultivation team wherever needed
