Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous custodial or janitorial experience preferred
- Ability to follow safety protocols and standard operating procedures
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and switch between tasks
- Self-motivated and able to work autonomously
- Physical ability to perform manual labor and lift moderately heavy objects

Job Duties
- Maintain a clean and sanitary facility by removing trash, cleaning floors, restrooms, common areas
- Assist with proper upkeep of building exteriors, railings, and grounds
- Clean and sanitize equipment and fixtures to ensure a safe and hygienic environment
- Identify and report basic maintenance issues and assist with quick fixes such as lightbulbs and filter changes
- Adhere to safety protocols and standard operating procedures
