Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
Must be at least 21 years old
Strong customer service orientation
Basic cash handling experience
Ability to stand for extended periods
Compliance with state and local cannabis regulations

Job Qualifications

Prior experience in retail or customer service is preferred
Knowledge of cannabis products and industry trends is a plus
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to learn quickly and stay updated on product information
Basic math skills for handling transactions

Job Duties

Greet customers and assess their needs
Make product recommendations based on customer preferences
Educate customers by describing product features and benefits
Process cash transactions using point of sales system
Monitor security issues and assist in loss prevention
Arrange and display products according to protocol
Maintain a neat, organized, and clean merchandise area
