Job Requirements

  • At least five years of progressive hotel experience
  • Supervisory background
  • Ability to stay calm and objective under pressure
  • Must hold or obtain Food Handlers, Alcohol Awareness, CPR, and First Aid certifications
  • Four-year degree with 2 to 3 years of related experience or two-year degree with 3 to 4 years of experience

Job Duties

  • Supervise multiple departments and drive hotel profitability by managing teams and partnering with the General Manager
  • Proactively identify and solve operational challenges to ensure efficient hotel performance
  • Recruit, hire, and train Guest Services staff and lead ongoing staff development programs
  • Maintain clear and effective communication with employees and guests
  • Manage financial data and hotel operations through accurate reporting and budget adherence
  • Utilize Windows Operating Systems to support management and reporting functions
  • Enforce professional standards for staff appearance and grooming
  • Deliver exceptional hospitality with a service-focused attitude
