Job Requirements
- At least five years of progressive hotel experience
- Supervisory background
- Ability to stay calm and objective under pressure
- Must hold or obtain Food Handlers, Alcohol Awareness, CPR, and First Aid certifications
- Four-year degree with 2 to 3 years of related experience or two-year degree with 3 to 4 years of experience

Job Duties
- Supervise multiple departments and drive hotel profitability by managing teams and partnering with the General Manager
- Proactively identify and solve operational challenges to ensure efficient hotel performance
- Recruit, hire, and train Guest Services staff and lead ongoing staff development programs
- Maintain clear and effective communication with employees and guests
- Manage financial data and hotel operations through accurate reporting and budget adherence
- Utilize Windows Operating Systems to support management and reporting functions
- Enforce professional standards for staff appearance and grooming
- Deliver exceptional hospitality with a service-focused attitude
