Job Requirements

  • At least five years of progressive hotel experience
  • Four-year degree with 2-3 years of related experience or two-year degree with 3-4 years of related experience
  • Supervisory background required
  • Ability to stay calm and objective under pressure
  • Must hold or obtain Food Handlers certification
  • Must hold or obtain Alcohol Awareness certification
  • Must hold or obtain CPR certification
  • Must hold or obtain First Aid certification

Job Qualifications

  • Partner with the General Manager to maintain operational excellence
  • Identify and resolve challenges proactively
  • Recruit, hire, and train Guest Services staff
  • Develop team members through training and development programs
  • Maintain clear communication with colleagues and guests
  • Handle financial data to support hotel operations
  • Ensure compliance with professional appearance and grooming standards
  • Deliver exceptional guest service consistently
