Job Duties
- serve as a personal ambassador for Island View Casino and C&G Grille
- lead and support front-of-house restaurant staff to deliver unique dining experiences
- oversee daily operations ensuring all quality and safety standards are met
- monitor and adjust staffing based on business needs
- maintain work schedules and timekeeping records for assigned staff
- direct, train, and monitor staff performance to maintain effective employee relationships
- ensure adherence to company policies and safety practices
- provide guidance, issue resolution support, feedback, and coaching
