Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in the restaurant industry
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand and walk for long periods
- Basic math skills for handling transactions
- Team player attitude
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience in a similar server role preferred
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
Job Duties
- Guide guests through all phases of dining including order taking and delivery
- Maintain tables and finalize guest checks following Sequence of Service guidelines
- Provide fast, friendly and professional customer service to guests and staff
- Greet and welcome guests seated in any assigned station
- Deliver prepared food to guests within two minutes of order completion
- Maintain cleanliness of designated areas according to health and safety standards
