Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree from a regionally accredited institution
  • two to three years of experience in student services, recruitment, event planning, or a related field
  • exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • proven ability to organize and manage multiple events and schedules
  • comfortable working with diverse audiences including students, parents, faculty, and community members
  • proficient with Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and CRM platforms
  • ability to work occasional evenings and weekends for events or group visits

  • familiarity with Salesforce CRM or similar
  • knowledge of enrollment management strategies
  • previous experience supervising or mentoring student staff or volunteers
  • availability for nights and weekends as needed

Job Duties

  • Coordinate and manage all campus visit activities including daily tours, group visits, and large-scale recruiting events
  • serve as the primary point of contact for prospective students and their families visiting campus
  • manage all visit logistics such as room reservations, tour guide assignments, parking, catering, and event materials
  • recruit, train, and supervise student tour guides
  • develop engaging tour scripts and training materials to ensure a consistent and high-quality visitor experience
  • use storytelling, personal connection, and strategic tour design to create a lasting positive impression of Ozarks Tech
  • collaborate with the Marketing department to develop promotional materials, social media content, and communication campaigns related to visit events
  • ensure each visit highlights unique aspects that distinguish the college
  • utilize the CRM system to manage scheduling and tracking for campus visits and pre- and post-visit communications
  • generate reports from the CRM on campus visits and related data
  • gather and respond to visitor feedback to enhance engagement and personalize the visit experience
  • assist in planning, development, and implementation of new student orientation, open houses, and registration events
  • ensure the visit experience aligns with Ozarks Tech's mission, vision, and commitment to student success
  • represent the college professionally at all times and serve as an advocate for Ozarks Tech programs and services
  • support the overall recruitment and onboarding strategy
  • participate in college committees and training
  • perform other related duties as assigned
