Job Requirements
- bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience
- 1 or more years of related professional experience or master’s degree
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings
- effective communication skills
- ability to recruit and manage student staff
- experience with event coordination
- background check clearance if required

Job Duties
- plan and coordinate campus visits including individual and group tours
- host specialized visit programs and outreach initiatives
- recruit, train, and supervise student tour guides and front desk staff
- serve as lead for the Glitter Squad supporting admissions events
- partner with the Assistant Director of Events and Programs to facilitate recruitment and yield events
- assist with call campaigns and outreach to prospective students
- assess and improve visit programs using feedback and data
