Job Requirements

  • bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience
  • 1 or more years of related professional experience or master’s degree
  • ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings
  • effective communication skills
  • ability to recruit and manage student staff
  • experience with event coordination
  • background check clearance if required

Job Duties

  • plan and coordinate campus visits including individual and group tours
  • host specialized visit programs and outreach initiatives
  • recruit, train, and supervise student tour guides and front desk staff
  • serve as lead for the Glitter Squad supporting admissions events
  • partner with the Assistant Director of Events and Programs to facilitate recruitment and yield events
  • assist with call campaigns and outreach to prospective students
  • assess and improve visit programs using feedback and data
