Job Requirements
- High school degree or GED required
- Minimum 2 years of event coordination experience
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to manage projects and drive results in fast-paced settings
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and enterprise software
- Ability to supervise and lead a team
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
Job Qualifications
- High school degree or GED required (Bachelor's preferred)
- Minimum 2 years in event coordination (hospitality, sales, etc.)
- Supervisory experience a big plus
- Exceptional verbal and written communication and presentation skills
- Proven ability to drive results and manage projects in a fast-paced environment
- Intermediate proficiency in MS Office Suite and other enterprise software (Adobe DC, SharePoint, etc.)
Job Duties
- Independently plan and execute impactful admission events from start to finish
- Utilize technology to create engaging event schedules and deliver seamless experiences
- Partner with various teams to ensure events align with enrollment and organizational goals
- Produce insightful reports to analyze event success and inform future strategies
- Supervise and develop your team to deliver exceptional event experiences
- Perform other duties as assigned
