Job Requirements

  • High school degree or GED required
  • Minimum 2 years in event coordination experience
  • Supervisory experience a big plus
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven ability to drive results in fast-paced environments
  • Intermediate proficiency in MS Office and enterprise software
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills

Job Qualifications

  • High school degree or GED required
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Minimum 2 years in event coordination including hospitality or sales
  • Supervisory experience preferred
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication and presentation skills
  • Proven ability to drive results and manage projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Intermediate proficiency in MS Office Suite and other enterprise software such as Adobe DC and SharePoint

Job Duties

  • Independently plan and execute impactful admission events from start to finish
  • Utilize technology to create engaging event schedules and deliver seamless experiences
  • Partner with various teams to ensure events align with enrollment and organizational goals
  • Produce insightful reports to analyze event success and inform future strategies
  • Supervise and develop your team to deliver exceptional event experiences
  • Perform other duties as assigned
