Job Requirements
- High school degree or GED required
- Minimum 2 years in event coordination experience
- Supervisory experience a big plus
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Proven ability to drive results in fast-paced environments
- Intermediate proficiency in MS Office and enterprise software
- Strong organizational and leadership skills

- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum 2 years in event coordination including hospitality or sales
- Supervisory experience preferred
- Exceptional verbal and written communication and presentation skills
- Proven ability to drive results and manage projects in a fast-paced environment
- Intermediate proficiency in MS Office Suite and other enterprise software such as Adobe DC and SharePoint
Job Duties
- Independently plan and execute impactful admission events from start to finish
- Utilize technology to create engaging event schedules and deliver seamless experiences
- Partner with various teams to ensure events align with enrollment and organizational goals
- Produce insightful reports to analyze event success and inform future strategies
- Supervise and develop your team to deliver exceptional event experiences
- Perform other duties as assigned
