- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university
- event planning experience
- strong interpersonal skills
- data entry experience
- good organizational and time management skills

- proficiency in business software and office equipment
- knowledge of proper phone etiquette
Job Duties
- Responding to visit inquiries and securing commitment from visitors
- communicating with internal university constituents and resolving scheduling conflicts
- designing appropriate visit agendas based on visitor’s needs and interests
- maintaining records and contact lists for prospective students, families, and faculty involved in visits
- following guidelines for event planning and suggesting improvements
- supervising, training, mentoring, and evaluating interns and managing Husky Ambassadors schedules
- conducting information sessions and campus tours
- assisting with admissions activities such as mass mailings, office errands, and reception duties
