Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license and ability to valet park vehicles (must be 21+)
- CPR/AED certification or willingness to obtain
- Excellent communication skills
- Flu vaccinated

- Previous security experience preferred
- Experience working with older adults preferred
- COVID-19 vaccinated preferred
Job Duties
- Conduct detailed patrols of all buildings and grounds
- Verify identification of team members and guests
- Secure and open facility areas and monitor for unauthorized access
- Respond to emergencies such as CPR/AED incidents and facility issues
- Assist with minor maintenance tasks like replacing light bulbs, fixing toilets, and handling TVs
- Support front desk operations, valet parking, and emergency protocols
- Record mechanical and safety data from boilers, chillers, and gauges
- Act as first-line response for fire alarms, natural disasters, and safety threats
