Job Requirements

- Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
- Experience working in human services field
- Experience in human services related work or internship preferred
- Computer proficiency
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Job Duties
- Maintain safety and security of resource center, outdoor campus, shelter dorm and tenant buildings areas
- Establish positive connections with guests, assisting them to access services and resources as appropriate
- Round full campus at least 2 times per hour with focus on safety and proactive guest engagement
- Provide linkage to case management on behalf of guests looking for resources
- Provide direction and support to outside visitors and guests, linking them to appropriate staff within FOH
- Participate in facility and site management meetings, providing insight and recommendations for campus safety
- Respond to crises and urgent situations within resource center and on campus
- Liaison with EMT and first responders providing direction and documents as necessary
- Provide support to guests by assisting with connections to additional services as needed
