Job Requirements
- HS diploma or equivalent required
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or HR related field a plus
- 1-3 years of recruitment experience preferred

- High proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR specific software knowledge a plus
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Strong understanding of sense of urgency
- Ability to juggle multiple projects and events at one time
Job Duties
- Assist the campus team in creating and executing individual campus strategies to include but not limited to events, student clubs, information sessions, organizations and career fairs
- Organize all logistics and extensive travel schedules for recruiting activities and coordination with internal company university ambassadors
- Work with our recruiting team and internal hiring managers to understand position requirements and assist the campus lead in establishing sourcing plans
- Support full campus process including candidate engagement through advertising, on-campus events/interviews and offer process
- Assist the team lead to create and deliver presentations to students, faculty and staff
- Maintain tracking on all elements of campus efforts to inform and enhance the effectiveness of campus strategy
- Identify and recruit candidates through multiple channels including ATS, employee referrals, job boards, university events and career fairs
- Effectively pre-screen candidates to determine skills and fit in relation to role requirements while serving as the primary point of contact throughout the entire recruitment process
- Partner with hiring managers to identify final candidates and lead the offer and pre-employment process
- Coordinate and organize interviews, reimbursements and travel for candidates
- Oversee and manage background check process for positions as well as collaborate with other HR team members
- Opens and manages job requisitions in applicant tracking system
- Assist with onboarding of new hires: background facilitation, New Hire and First Day emails, and I-9 verification
- Post jobs to internal and external career sites
- Assist other areas of HR when needed
- Other duties as assigned
