Job Requirements

  • High school diploma required
  • 3-5 years of experience in receptionist, administrative, or customer service role
  • proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • ability to professionally and effectively interact with visitors, employees, and vendors
  • ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment
  • strong communication skills
  • good organizational skills
  • familiarity with work order systems such as ServiceNow
  • knowledge of facilities management and campus operations

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma required
  • associate degree or bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, business or related field preferred
  • 3-5 years of experience in a receptionist, administrative, or customer service role
  • prior experience in hospitality services industry preferred
  • proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Teams)
  • ability to professionally and effectively interact with visitors, employees, and vendors
  • CPR certification preferred
  • strong interpersonal, communication, and computer skills
  • excellent business etiquette and appearance
  • good organizational skills with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple activities
  • ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment
  • familiarity with work order systems such as ServiceNow or facility scheduling tools
  • knowledge of facilities management and campus operations
  • strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Job Duties

  • Greeting and assisting visitors, staff, and vendors with professionalism and warmth
  • managing front desk operations including phone calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries
  • coordinating visitor access, parking, and security protocols to ensure a safe environment
  • scheduling and organizing meetings or events, including room reservations and catering needs
  • processing and tracking purchase orders and invoices for facility-related expenses
  • maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area
  • supporting facility operations by generating ServiceNow reports and dispatching requests
