Job Requirements
- minimum of 3 years executive chef experience
- knowledge of ala carte and catering trends with focus on quality, production, sanitation, food cost controls and food presentation
- good knowledge of PC software and POS systems

- good knowledge of PC software and POS systems (Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point)
Job Duties
- oversee food purchasing, preparation, presentation, and storage within budget
- supervise food production and utility staff to ensure efficiency and quality
- maintain core menus, recipe management system, and back-of-house computer systems
- ensure kitchen and equipment sanitation
- conduct monthly internal audits
- comply with all federal and state food safety regulations
- partner with unit manager to address and resolve food service issues
- ensure consistent food quality and appealing presentation
- build and maintain relationships with residents through dining room visits and meetings
