Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts or related field preferred
- Minimum 5 years of experience in culinary management or executive chef role
- Strong understanding of food safety and sanitation regulations
- Ability to work up to 8 hours on feet
- Capacity to lift at least 25 pounds
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Compliance with dress code and safety protocols
- Willingness to travel between units if required
- Strong ethical standards and integrity
Job Qualifications
- Proven experience in culinary leadership
- Knowledge of food safety standards including HACCP and allergen control
- Experience with menu programming and NetMenu application
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multi-unit culinary operations
- Budget management experience
- Familiarity with procurement policies and purchasing guidelines
- Ability to train and lead culinary teams

- Proficiency in workplace safety and HSEQ standards
Job Duties
- Partner with leadership to ensure hiring best practices for culinary positions
- Ensure ISS/GEI/client guidelines, policies, SOPs, and food production and quality standards are met
- Maintain and accurately manage NetMenu applications
- Monitor and support culinary budgetary requirements and provide cost analysis data
- Create menu programming following program standards and specific unit requirements
- Follow procurement purchasing guidelines, policies, and SOPs
- Manage procurement integrity index scores to comply with KPI requirements
- Facilitate new unit start-up processes where applicable
- Attend and facilitate culinary leadership team meetings for guidance and alignment
- Monitor all aspects of culinary training per ISS/GEI/client standards
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Partner with unit leadership to ensure kitchen organization and cleanliness for safety
- Enforce workplace safety guidelines, policies, and SOPs daily
- Ensure food safety standards, allergen control plans, HACCP and NSF guidelines compliance daily
- Verify accuracy of product labels for allergenic ingredients
- Communicate effectively using verbal and written skills to manage complex information
- Demonstrate adaptability and professionalism under stress
- Build and maintain professional, trusting relationships with staff and clients
- Maintain ethical standards and comply with laws and policies
